It was such a pleasure getting to know Cory&#8217;s family and friends and reconnecting with ours. The most important thing in life is taking care of oneself. We wish them a speedy recovery.\u00a0\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Sainte-Hedwidge is a municipality in Qu\u00e9bec with a population of about 877. The community is sometimes known as Sainte-Hedwidge-de-Roberval. I was born at the Roberval Hospital, but lived in the village of<b>\u00a0<\/b>Sainte-Hedwidge.\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">I would like to see the farm where we once lived but sadly it was sold and torn down. Our Dad built a new home in Roberval and was later offered a position with the Government of as a Concierge.\u00a0Roberval is the home of the\u00a0Travers\u00e9e Internationale du Lac St-Jean, an annual swimming competition held since 1955. The competition features the crossing of Lake St-Jean, a distance of 32\u00a0km (20\u00a0miles).\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/traversee.qc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/traversee.qc.ca\/<\/a><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">From Oakville, it would take about 11-12 hours (depending on traffic, of course).
